1. Introduction
   • These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern the use of the services and tools offered by ZV Data Automation ("We" or "Us") through our website and related services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Description
   • ZV Data Automation provides automation services for generating and analyzing data, as well as creation of management tools, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and keyword management. These tools are intended for personal, business, and commercial use and are designed to assist users in their tasks.
3. User Rights and Responsibilities
   • Users have the right to utilize the automation tools based on the data they input. Users must ensure that the data they input is either owned by them or that they have obtained consent from the data owner. ZV Data Automation tools are versatile, and users are encouraged to use them according to their specific needs while being mindful that the quality of output depends on the accuracy of the input data.
4. Account Creation and Security
   • Users are responsible for maintaining account security, which includes creating strong passwords, not sharing login credentials, and periodically updating passwords as needed.
5. Payment and Billing
   • Payment and billing for the services are facilitated through pre determined agreement. Users subscribing to our services gain access to the full range of our tools and services.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
   • User data, including names, email addresses, and payment information, is collected for profile credentials, subscription verification, and tracking remaining free credits for non-subscribed users. For detailed information on data usage and privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
   • Output products generated by ZV Data services and created tools, such as files or analyses, are owned by users. Users have the right to use and share these output products as they see fit. ZV Data Automation is not involved in the process of sharing user-generated content.
8. Termination and Suspension
   • Account termination may occur if users input data they do not own or lack consent to use, which results in a data owner's appeal. Account sharing is prohibited for data privacy reasons and may also lead to account termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
   • Any disputes arising from these TOS shall be initially referred to a mediator for resolution. Parties will attempt to agree upon the appointment of a mediator.
10. Liability and Limitations
    • In no event shall ZV Data Automation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use, incurred by the user or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the site or any tools on or through our site or services.
11. Updates and Changes
    • Updates and changes to these TOS will be posted on our website. Subscribers will receive email notifications at least one week in advance of planned changes.
12. Termination of the Agreement
    • This agreement remains in effect until the expiration or termination of the customer's subscription. Customers may terminate this agreement by unsubscribing from our services. The expiration or termination of this agreement will only terminate the customer's right to have full access to our services, but they can still use the free limited tier.
