Data automation for Amazon & Shopify sellers

Stop pulling reports.
Just ask your data.

We build your commerce data warehouse in your own cloud account, then connect Claude to it — so you ask questions in plain English instead of assembling spreadsheets on a Sunday.

What we do

From raw API to real answers

One pipeline that gathers and cleans your commerce data — and an AI layer that lets your whole team interrogate it.

🗄️

Your own data warehouse

Amazon SP-API and Ads API pulled on a schedule into BigQuery in your own Google Cloud project. Amazon only keeps about two years of history — from the day this switches on, you keep yours permanently.

🤖

AI OS Console

A login-protected console on your own domain, styled to your brand. Your team, your permissions, your data — with pages for MCP access, skills, tools and admin.

🔌

MCP server for Claude

Connect your own Claude — desktop, browser or phone — straight to your warehouse and ask questions in English. Read-only by design, with its own access per person and every question logged: who asked, what ran, what came back.

🛍️

Shopify ↔ Amazon fulfilment

A separate build. Let Amazon's fulfilment network ship your Shopify orders. Orders route across automatically, tracking is written back so Shopify emails your customer, stock stays in step — and anything unusual waits in a review queue for a human.

📈

Dashboards you build yourself

Ask Claude for a page, approve how it looks, and it publishes to your console. We ship the first views; you make unlimited more, unaided — no change request, no waiting on a developer.

🎓

Skills — teach it your business

Write your own rules once — which tables to trust, what your numbers mean, how you define a week — and every Claude conversation follows them. The system gets smarter without another invoice.

Also built to order: live delivery estimates priced into your cart and checkout · settlement-to-accounting automation · spreadsheet and workflow tooling where a full app would be overkill.

How it works

Four steps to hands-off reporting

STEP 01

Connect

Authorize us from your client portal — one click per region. We already hold Amazon SP-API access, so there is nothing to apply for there; for the Ads API we walk you through the application.

STEP 02

Automate

Our pipelines pull and refresh your reports on a schedule into your own data warehouse.

STEP 03

Ask

Connect Claude to your console and ask in plain English — or publish a live dashboard page in a couple of minutes.

STEP 04

Own it

Your server, your domain, your BigQuery — in your name, billed to you, no reseller in the middle. At handover you get the repo, the credentials and a full design document.

Anything that can change your data ships switched off. It runs as a dry run first and tells you exactly what it would have done.
You hold the accounts throughout — your VPS, your domain, your BigQuery — so there is never a month where switching provider means losing your history.

Access model

Separate servers, separate powers

Reading last week's spend and editing a live listing are different questions — so they are different servers, with separate grants. Give each person exactly the power their job needs.

👀

Read

For the whole team. Questions and answers over your warehouse, and nothing else. It physically cannot change your data.

🧩

Publish

For your analyst. Creates and updates dashboard pages on the console — still no write access to Amazon or to your warehouse.

✍️

Write

For your listing or PPC manager only. Prices, titles, images, budgets and bids — every change confirmed before it sends, and every change logged.

Page access, action rights and MCP connections are managed per group in your console — revoke a page and everything under it goes with it.
Read access is enforced in layers rather than by one check, each person connects with their own credential, and every query is recorded — who ran it, what it touched, what it returned.

Less manual work. Better questions.
